1. Cancellation before shipment
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped.
If the order has not entered shipment, any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
If your order contains specially sourced or customized dental equipment, cancellation may be subject to supplier terms disclosed before confirmation.
2. Cancellation after shipment
If shipment has started, cancellation is treated as a return request and processed according to our return terms and applicable law.
3. Returns and withdrawal period
For eligible distance purchases in Egypt, customers may request return or withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receiving the order.
Exclusions may apply, including sealed sterile products after opening, products made to customer specifications, and items that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons.
4. Refund processing
After the returned item is received and verified, we initiate the refund.
Refunds are generally sent using the same payment method used for purchase.
Approved refunds are typically completed within 7 to 14 business days, subject to bank and payment gateway timelines.
For defective or non-conforming products, statutory consumer rights remain applicable under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
5. Non-refundable cases
Products that are damaged by misuse, returned incomplete, or excluded by hygiene or safety rules may not qualify for full refund according to legal and operational requirements.
