This Return & Refund Policy describes how Compass med (“we”, “us”) handles returns and refunds for products ordered through our website or other remote channels, for customers in Egypt.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

2. Return conditions
- Goods are returned in a resalable condition, with original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
- You provide proof of purchase (for example, order number or invoice).
- Items are unused or not installed beyond what is needed to inspect them.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law or our commercial policy states otherwise.
3. Products that may be excluded or limited
Certain categories may be excluded from the withdrawal right or subject to stricter conditions under Egyptian law or for health, safety, or hygiene reasons.
- Sealed sterile products and infection-control consumables are generally not returnable after opening.
- Customized or clinic-configured products may be excluded unless defective.
- Installed or clinically used equipment may be subject to reduced refunds or rejection.
4. Defective or non-conforming goods
If goods are defective or do not match what you ordered, your statutory rights apply in addition to this policy.
Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case and applicable Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect returned goods, approved refunds will generally be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are usually completed within 7 to 14 business days from return approval.
